1. Yasmin Homestay Landed (Bandar Uda Utama)

  • Location: 25 Jalan Uda Utama 6/8, Bandar Uda Utama, 81200 Johor Bahru, Malaysia

  • Features: A spacious landed house featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It offers a calm environment, easy parking, and plenty of space for families returning to their hometown or exploring the city.

  • Nearby Attractions: Extremely close to Angsana, BBU, Bukit Indah, Taman Perling, and the JB city center.

2. Yasmin Homestay Apartment (@ One49 Residence) (Formerly S'Putra Homestay)

  • Location: Jalan Kunyit, Taman Sri Amar, 81100 Johor Bahru, Malaysia

  • Features: A fully furnished, modern apartment featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit comes with excellent amenities including an easy self-check-in process, access to a swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, and 24-hour security.

  • Strategic Location:

    • Shopping: Mid Valley Southkey (5 mins), AEON Tebrau (13 mins), IKEA & Toppen (13 mins)

    • Travel/Border: CIQ JB (10 mins), JB Sentral (10 mins)
